How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, though we often offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to return any items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with protective stickers and tags intact.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM. This means they are resistant to splashes and rain, but should not be submerged in water or worn while showering, swimming, or diving.
How do I change the strap on my watch?
Many of our watches feature interchangeable straps. You can use the strap-changing tool included in the bottom of your watch box to easily swap between leather, NATO, and mesh bands to suit your style.

Does my watch come with a warranty?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself, including the movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
