Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Daniel Wellington presentation box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
